Currently, CV2JOB is available to companies. In the future, individuals aged 14 years and older will also be allowed to register. By using the platform, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may delete your account at any time, and personal data associated with the account will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Paid Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription plans as detailed on our pricing page https://cv2job.com. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date. By subscribing, you agree to this auto-renewal policy.

A free trial period may be offered at our discretion and may vary depending on promotional campaigns or pricing plans.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

In addition to subscription plans, we also offer paid add-on services. For example, companies can order custom-designed resume templates tailored to their brand identity. These services are already available and are priced individually upon request.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the information and content you upload to the platform, including but not limited to resumes, job postings, and company profiles.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-submitted content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post or upload fake profiles, resumes, or company information.

• Send spam or unauthorized marketing communications.

• Violate intellectual property rights.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users' experience.

6. Disclaimer

We strive to keep our platform available, secure, and accurate but provide no guarantees that the platform will always be free of errors or interruptions.

We do not guarantee that candidates will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of CV2JOB.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
