Who We Are

CV2JOB is developed by Antosh&Co OÜ, an Estonia-based software company.

Our background comes from IT sales, recruitment operations, and delivery management. We’ve seen first-hand how much time IT companies lose on repetitive CV work, fragmented tools, and slow internal coordination — and we built CV2JOB to solve exactly that.

We are not building a generic HR platform. We are building a practical operational tool for IT companies that need speed, clarity, and consistency when selling developer talent.

Individual developers will later be able to join the platform, allowing companies to match open roles with verified independent talent — but this is a future phase, not the current core.
